Bob & Paula Derby
Hi I am Bob Derby! My wife Paula and I have been business owners for over 21 years. We have attended two different Bible schools. We have served as associate Pastors and later as Sr. Pastors for several years. We have been happily married for 40 years and we both thoroughly enjoy training students at XNBC with what the Apostle Paul called the “secret of the Gospel''. My passion is to see Christians recognize their identification in Christ so they can be grounded fruitful believers. In my free time I enjoy studying the Word, watching golf, and spending time with my grandkids.
In addition to being in business for over 20 year with her husband Bob, Paula has held many positions in the local church. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach and has also done lay counseling for many years. Her real passion is seeing people experience real transformation through teaching, lay counseling and mentoring. She conducts regular mentorship sessions and also leads a women's ministry called Women In Community where the mission is Championing Christian Women Globally.
Paula and Bob have 3 grown daughters and 7 grandchildren.
